UP Investments Limited (Firm Reference No. 652631) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a crowdfunding aggregation platform that facilitates and arranges crowdfunding equity and debt security investments. Lending to companies is regulated in the UK only under specific circumstances that do not apply to investUP. investUP also facilitates lending to companies, and this activity is not regulated by the FCA.
You will not be able to make a crowdfunding investment or company loan unless you first enter into a contract with a crowdfunding platform, by accepting its terms and conditions, via our site, and a contract with us as your agent. It will be your responsibility to decide whether or not to enter into an investment or company loan contract with a particular crowdfunding platform and thereby accept its terms and conditions. If you make an investment or company loan, you will be bound by the terms and conditions of that crowdfunding platform as well as our site. Employees, directors, shareholders and related parties of investUP may be investUP customers. They will not be advantaged in pursuing investment opportunities on the investUP platform, and will operate on the same terms and conditions as all other investUP customers.
investUP is only available to certain types of customers of a threshold sophistication or financial means (as required by the FCA), and may not be available to you. Any complaints about investUP’s services should be made to support@investup.co. All complaints will be handled under the protocols required by the FCA, but only those complaints relating to investUP’s FCA regulated activities may be eligible for review and determination by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
